Choosing a memorial urn can begin with a simple question: what would feel right in your home? You may be drawn to a particular finish or a detail that reminds you of someone. Looking at the piece as an object you will live with can help make the decision more personal.

Start with the space

Think about where you would like to place the urn. Consider the surrounding objects, available space and the colors you already enjoy. A photograph of the intended setting can be a useful starting point when discussing a piece.

Explore an existing piece or a commission

Monarch Legacy offers artist-made memorial pieces through its collections. Its commission process begins with a private conversation, followed by an artist-led direction and a review with the family. A commission conversation can start with a color, a place or another detail that matters to you.
